I got a 96 force 120 that needs a flywheel. The part numbers I got is 261-9007-c2 and da113224. I'm looking at a flywheel from a 91 force 120 that looks identical with the part numbers 200-859241-0, 06G24, and 43-817409-1. Can these be swapped? Thanks!

***Checked numbers and the ignition system is different so I doubt they will work.

Needs a flywheel?

Is the old one lost?

If it is not lost, how is it broken?

Re: Please help with flywheel replacement question.

Well, I was trying to take the flywheel off. I had no luck because the threaded holes in the flywheel for my puller gear bolts were stripped out. I ended up tapping the flywheel up easily for quite a while so that it would come loose. When I did; it came up but cracked 2 of my magnets in the process. I can't find a magnet kit to possibly epoxy new ones on so I figured I'd probably need a new flywheel. Only problem is that I'm finding them around $400.
