That's a "Fisherman" Model. The attached pic is a restored 1934, which should look quite similar. Yours was originally painted silver with a gold decal as well.
Motors of that vintage, untested but complete, go for $20-50 at garage sales. Maybe a hundred if it can be proven to run. A few bucks more if it has the bronze lower unit. A restored motor in running condition could bring several hundred. Values are about double on EBay, double in Florida, and only half in Wisconsin. These are only order-of-magnitude prices and are worthless without actually seeing the motor.
