Plug on starboard, upper housing

I have a 1981 MC-1. When I took it out of the water, I noticed that a plug was missing on the upper drive, on the starboard side. I think it's the cavity that the shift cable goes into. Do I need to replace it? If so, does anyone know the part #?

Called a welch plug and it seals the shift cable cavity.It is necessary. part # 32652
