I am trying to help my grandfather out. He presently bought a small sailing boat, which has a mercury 15 outboard motor.
I am trying to find a service manual for it, and to find out if its a two stroke or 4 stroke engine.

could some one tell me if the following manual will work for the engine that I have

and also any one knows if I need to add oil into the fuel, and if so what kind.
