Point setting for 1985 50 hp force

does anyone know the point settings for a 1985 50 hp force

If it has magneto ignition system it is 020 in and if it has battery ignition system 015 in.

I bought a 1985 bayliner with a 50 hp force motor. It is getting no spark on either plug. I replaced the condenser and points and the stator. Still no spark. Where do i go next? could it be the rectifier. thanks for answering my point setting question. the motor is a 507x5a. thanks

If it has battery ignition system (it should have battery ignition from your id tag 507X5A) you have to have 12VDC to the coils from the keyswitch (blue wire). The system use 12VDC from battery to supply the ignition system. If no 12VDC........ no spark.
The engine stops when you turn of the keyswitch (cut off the 12VDC to the coils).
