I am trying to find an owner's manual for a 1998 Polar Kraft Eagle.

Your best chances of finding one are with Polar Kraft. Unfortunately, if their owners manuals are like the manuals for most other boats, it is 90% safety related and little about actual operation of the boat. Your boat would have had a manual for the engine. It would have had other data sheet style of manuals for the instruments, radio, and other accessories. These are all generic products and the manufacturers simply rely on the documents they supply with the products installed in the boat.

Thanks. The customer service rep at Polar Kraft didn't have anything. I am trying to find a wiring diagram and a windshield.

You will also have a tough time finding a wiring diagram because these are almost never published -- even if the manufacturer had one. There is a sticky at the top of the electrical forum that has generic boat wiring diagrams. It will more than likely work for your boat.
