Poly or vinylester fumes and flammability?

I was thinking I was going to be using my garage as my workshop for my resto project this winter. I'll be using either poly or vinylester as my lay-up resin. How flammable are the fumes? I will vent my garage with a box fan blowing out the garage window, use piped in heat from my furnace and an electric space heater to keep the temps up. But, my gas furnace and gas water heater are also in the garage. Is this a recipe for disaster?

Not Really.........

The Thinners you'll be using Are Flammable,.....

The Resins aren't,........ Not that they Won't Burn,...
But, it takes Way More than a pilot light on a waterheater.......
'ell,..... You could throw a lit ciggerette into a can of Resin,+ it'll Go Out.........

Just don't leave any open cans of acetone or other solvents in there - they evaporate pretty quick & can build up to LEL in short order.
