Re: Pontoon Name
This has been a topic that i've gone back and forth on.....I love Bruce Springsteen's song Glory Days cuz it reminds me of "back in the days" so i've thought of naming the boat Glory Days but then I've gotten some people that say it doesn't have anything to do with boating or it being a pontoon so it's either that or just put my last name in front of party barge and go that route......not sure been a tough call for me.
Mine does not either, but it still fits perfectly in my mind
1. It was filthy when I bought it, and will frequently get filthy again while catfishing
2. I have to budget my money for repairs and do a little as I can afford it, or else try and rig something for free. 90% of the repairs I made in the beginning were done for free or "Dirt Cheap"
The first day me and a buddy were working on her we were listening to the radio and the AC/DC song "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" came on. It just clicked with me and "Dirty Deeds" was named. You gotta go with what you like and what fits your personality and what you want your boats personality to be.
