pontoon speed

I have a 25hp Nissan motor on a 20 ft 2 toon pontoon boat. My GPS says I am going about 9.5 mph. I have a 9.9x10 prop on it and it is turning about 4200 rpm. Any suggestions on what I could do to speed it up some?

It sounds a bit slow, but it would really depend on the boat's weight, condition of the engine and wind direction You are a wee bit under powered.
