Thinking about putting a table on my pontoon boat. There's 27" between the seats. Is that enough room for a table? What's a good steady table to get? Length wise, I've got about 36". Thanks for any advice.
I agree with ralphl my pontoon came with a table that atatches to the deck with removable posts and the table now just stays behind the seat and we use the cooler for a table. The only problem is whenever someone wants another beer everyone with a beer on the table must drink.
Our pontoon came with a table on wheels. The top is split in half and opens up. The inside is basically a blow-molded box that holds a cooler (provided). We've found it best to use this cooler for the food as opposed to drinks. While underway, or just relaxing, the table gets used for a foot rest and the constant "in/out" for beverages is disruptive of the relaxation. The beverages go in the coolers built into the sides of the lounges. There are two of those. Everything is tucked away nicely.
Exactly what i was thinking lol. I was thinking about getting a table too but you never know the amount of people on the boat and where they are going to want to sit. Some may want to sit up front and eat there in the sun or stay in the back. I agree the folding tables that you can find that are stable would probably be the best buy.
