Good day to all
I am just drawning up a plan for building a trailer for my kit pontoon boat and was looking for some advice on preferences to length.
The pontoons are 19' 3" long and 25" wide with a deck size of 8' x 18'. Don't have any idea just yet as to actul weight of boat.
My question is being I will be building the trailer myself is there any advantage to haveing a bigger trailer in length than needed. I am sure there are pro and cons to haveing a longer trailer than needed.
I am considering a total length 24' long but 2' of the front tounge will have one of those space saver fronts that folds back.
