1986 140hp has different intermediate jets for the port and starboard banks. I rebuilt the carbs but didn't make a note of which went where so i went to the Evinrude site to see the configuration. When they say the port-side, do they refer to the port-side carbs or the port-side pistons? The intake manifold has a cross pattern so the port-side carbs feed the starboard-side pistons. I may be overthinking this but a clarification would be great. Thanks.
On the carb parts list, "port" refers to the port carb.
