I would lean on the word "installed" in my interpretation. This is carry aboard fishing equipment, lol. I think out of sight, don't dump in the lake... probably won't have any legal issues but. Who knows!!
My cuddy had one, when I bought it 5 years ago, it came with a pump out head too. It has never been used, during my watch, though a dock is always about 5-10 minutes away. I don't want to clean it out, though as my wife has one on the way, so that might change ><
