Water pump kit for lower, transom kit with all the bellows and water hose. I would put a new grease seal in ahead of that new gimbal bearing too while your at it. Were all of the transom assembly bolts still in good shape? May even consider putting a new transom seal in on the outside too. Make sure the drive shift cable is in good shape and moves freely. All I can think of right now.

Copy on the advice! Impeller was a given, i did look over the gimbal and transom assembly. I will take more time and look everything over again, maybe even get a second set of eyes.
