Possible defective fuel pump or clogged fuel lines?

Okay so the pistons are indeed backwards. I didn't take a picture of them but they showed me and it's definitely not in the right spot. Explains why I'm 10 mph slower then I used to be. It's just gonna be swapped with yet another new Powerhead free of charge, and will be inspected to make sure that doesn't happen again.

Hey racerone can you tell me which side the red flap on the electric primer should
Be facing? Left or right? I don't want to flood the engine

Yeah I see it. I can't tell if that picture is at an angle or if thats facing directly in front of the motor, mine looks a bit different, mostly cause its a reman so instead of most being light gray its shiny black so I can't make out the primer shape... Thays why I'm asking if thats sideways, cause it shows it inline with it facing straigjt down

The primers are all the same the red handle is on the end and should be parallel to the body. Try this pic. S4010466.JPG
Don't worry about how it's mounted this is the only other pic I have.
