i put this here cause its the most viewed forum.. i thought it would be a good FAQ topic...since SOMANY people are always asking about it... its for horsepower ratings and how much your boat can handle, straight from boston whaler and the UNITED STATES COAST GUARD<br /><br />heres the link... horse power ratings <br />it answers ANY question a boater could possibly have about the size of their outboard motor, the chart and mathematics used to figure it and what happens if you use too much... <br /><br />thank you !<br />seven
