1989 Manatee 21 foot cuddy. 1970 something Chrysler 140 and 10 HP kicker. No photos of the before interior which I reupholstered.

WOW What great work, all of you. I've been wanting a smaller second boat just for quick trips to the beach, to pull skiers, etc. but can't afford to spend a bunch. I had thought about getting a "fixer-upper" but hesitate because I have little experience in that much restoration and concerned about the amount of time it will take.
If some of you don't mind responding could you tell how much experience you had going into your restoration and how much time it took.

Before and "what-will-eventually-be" after of my 1989 Sea Nymph Fishing Machine. I'll also upgrade from the 25hp to a 35hp with TNT and a jack plate.
