This is me late last fall - too stubborn to admit that when the temperature hits 0 degrees C on the water....the season's over! :facepalm:

Here's me and the wife at my sister-in-law's redneck wedding last summer:

What do I mean by 'redneck wedding'? Well....
-They got married at the edge of a lake in an RV park
-The entire wedding party showed up and departed on quads
-The wedding cake had animals on it.

Here a couple of myself and my wife taken up at our favourite boating lake.
My wife is usually the photographer....mostly and usually garden pics...nice to get a few boat pics in there.

glad to see i'm not the only one who takes my cat out for a day at the lake...

great lookin cat btw... i got me a black one too.. only thing i'll say about my black cat is he's not the one i take to the lake. he's got a bad attitude generally speaking... + he's gettin kinda older.. 14 now..

the one i do take had some experience at the lake when she was young. kinda tried to get her used to the lake idea thing when she was a kitten... she hasn't gone this year... seems last winter she kinda plumped up.. her harness don't fit anymore.. to many kitty yum yums i guess... :facepalm:

There was a wedding in Newfoundland when I lived there that was similar, but the grooms men wore camouflage vests...I liked it.

I've been hesitating to do this since this thread was started 2 years ago, but since I put it on facebook a few months ago, I guess any remaining shred of internet privacy is gone now anyway.

I look younger than this now that I am retired! (My wife says my hair is gray - I call it brown.)
