i have a 1976 mercury 150 with thunderbolt ignition and as long as i have had it the power and tilt has never worked. i have two trim controls. the jack plate works but when i try to tilt, all i hear is just a click. don't really know where to start but if given direction i am mechanicallly inclined and should be able to do any repairs to it.
