getting ready for the spring performed regular tune up change fluids ect. when start up engine she idles ok but when i advance the idle at the helm she seems to bog down and stall out but if i rev the throttle she seems to clear up and run smothly.note; running the engine on muffs.

99% of the time your problem is caused by fouled carburators.

An engine on muff's will tend to run lean. If possible try the engine in the water before taking thing's apart.
