Yes that is what is called a "Phaze Maker" type system. There is no switch box. What is the problem with the engine?

I,m calling the red colored pack under the fly wheel the power pack.Last Sunday went down to the launch ramp and the motor would not start after trying for 20 min.Came home and checked for spark and only had faint one on lower cylinder,then none at all.Just trying to find out what is wrong and that seems to be the the easiest place to begin. Any other ideas besides a bad stator? <br /><br />Rich
