power rating the gamefissher

How is the gamefisher outboard engine/motor rated? At the prop or at the powerhead? Is it really the HP listed?

Gamefisher covers several different manufacturers over the decades, so ya gotta narrow it down, I think. Got a model number or a pic?

Does it really matter where it is rated? The difference wouldn't amount to a hill of beans in the practical world..
