I have a 3.0L mercrusier and I just finished reinstalling my fuel pump and changing the drive gear oil. When I went to start the motor there was a click at the motor and all power was lost. when I unhook the negitive cables to the battery and then hook them up again power is restored. Same thing again when I try to start it again. The boat was running fine before any work was done. Any ideas why im loosing power?
