Power steering belt 454 Mer 7.4 Bravo

The power steering belt constantly is coming off although thetension is correct, no grease or otehr problem. Any suggestions

Are the pulleys aligned with eac hother?<br /><br />Are the pulleys free of rust?<br /><br />Correct width belt?

Pulleys alligned<br />Free of rust<br />Will check width although qualified marina installed<br />Problem seems to be with with full axis port or stern it rotates off. Seems to be a lot of vibration atthe pulley end where the luid resevior is. You do not have apicture of this engine do you 454 merc Bravo 1. I had teh motor rebuilt and concern is they may have left off abracket
