Hi,
I am winterizing my new boat for the first time. Its a 2007 Crownline Mercruiser 5.0L.
Previous years I had a 5.0L but a 1994. On that motor I had to pull the lines on the manifolds, the block, and lower tube on circ pump, and power steering cooler. 6 spots.
On this boat it has the nice blue plugs. I found 5 right away (two block, two manifolds, and circ pump). The question I have is the power steering plug. On the last boat it was easy to find on the port side under the block/manifold there was a large hose coming from the lower unit. On this boat there is no such hose. I tried tracing hoses from the power steering fluid reservoir but no luck. So now i am thinking either.
A) i don't have a cooler
B) one of the 5 plugs i already pulled drain that section.
C) I'm blind and cant find it.
Suggestions?
Thanks,
Mitchell
