Started with losing all steering (89 Twin Mariner 150's)

Checked my resevoir for power steering at the wheel and added until full and steering came back. Saw my transom just below the power steering unit was damp and it appears I have a leak. So slow of a leak I stared at it for a while and could not even see a drip come out.

Went to local Marine store and they informed me they have a gasket/o ring rebuild kit for it but he needed a part # off of the steering unit. Gave it a good look over today and cannot find and part numbers on it (most likely scratched off) the only thing I could find was a stamped # GP01 and the text "Outboard Hydraulic Steering - Made by Teleflex (Canada) Vancouver Canada"

So I guess my question is.... is it a hard fix? at each end of the cylinder it appears to have a cap with 4 dimples in it (leading me to believe I will have to obtain a special spanner type wrench to remove) Any tips for fixing?
Took some pictures today that I attached below to take to the marine store to see if they can come up with the specific part # for the rebuild kit.

Re: Power Steerling Leak

You need the Teleflex Morse HS5157 Seal Kit and it comes with the wrench to remove gland nuts.
