tilted my moter(140 merc 1972) down.when i tried to tilt back up, nothing doing. added fluid to system and then was able to tilt moter up, but discovered fluid leaking from right shock. it appears to be coming from a screw. about 1 inch below this screw is an allen wrench threaded insert. is this a bleader valve? the shop said they replaced an o ring, but that did'nt solve the problem. the screw is a straight slot and is located on the bottom of the shock.
