I am refurbishing my 1989 Cobra sterndrive. The four exterior power trim hoses are in need of replacement. I have concerns about material degradation of NOS replacements I've found online. Does anyone know of equal recently fabricated replacements, or of any company that does custom fab of these lines? The fittings and tubes are all in great condition...the flexible hoses are shot.

Thanks.

Ayuh,.... Welcome Aboard,... If they're New, Unused ole stock, yer frettin' over nothin'....

They can sit on a shelf for 20 Years, without issue...

Ya might find a Heavy Equipment shop makin' Hyd. lines, but trim lines are pretty Tiny,...
'n of the dozen places I frequent, you'd get nothin' but a chuckle outa 'em...
Hyd, lines don't age sittin' on a shelf, Sun, Weather, 'n Flexin' ages 'em...

any hydraulics shop should be able to reproduce the hose. A custom made hydraulic hose with SS braid and SS terminations will be $30-$50. If you can find NOS being liquidated on ebay or amazon then it might be a lot lower cost. If they are still in bag then have probably been stored in a shady spot as well.
