power trim and tilt problem

I own a 17ft Larson with a 70hp Yamaha (MODEL# 70 TLRU 1996)<br />My trim would not trim down while running,when i came in i found a leak on my centre trim cyclinder .After replacing this line ,thinking this was the problem it still will not trim down while running.Ihave blead the system many times thinking there was air in the system.while running if i raise the motor till its about out of the water it will then trim down.When you trim it down while running you can hear the relay click but not the motor running

boat owner,<br /> Just an idea,as I'am not familiar with Yamaha.Check the tilt tube (steering tube)on the motor for a trim limit switch.If there is one,the cam (that makes contact with the switch) may have worked loose or is moving with the switch.The cam should be stationary on the tube.OMC uses this system.It may be similiar...
