Power Trim Question

I have almost done with my boat project for a 1989 Bayliner Capri with 85HP Outboard motor. The current motor I have does not have a power trim (it's manual and little heavy to lift being not teenager anymore). I found a second hand one and not sure where to start. I can install the trim below the motor, but my little worry is about wiring. I believe this will be connected to Throttle Lever which I do not have it yet. Any suggestion please? Thanks for your help.

Although it is convenient to have it installed at the control lever, it really doesn't have to. Some actually have it installed at the dashboard section. As for wiring, it shouldn't be that complicated. Instead of running individual wires (for the control switch) from and to the engine and dash board, you can just use 3-wire cable or 3-wire electrical wiring. Best to copy wiring diagrams for existing ones like the 125HP wiring diagram.
