My power trim will lower but not raise...please advise.

Try swapping the relays.

I had the same problem, it turned out to be the wire connection on the relay. It looked good but a volt meter show there was no voltage getting through. The terminal was bad.

Thank you ALL for your help...it turn out you were right it is the relay...I replaced it and it work!!!! Thanks!!!
