Power trim

I just bought a 91 Starcraft Eurostar with a Mercruiser 4.3L engine. The power trim does not work. How do I repair that? I don't hear anything when I push the button. Do you think it is just in the electrical or hydraulics?

Probably electric, if you do not hear anything. I recommend you post this in the I/O forum for best results.
