Hard for me to really see most areas of those pictures but I can see that the cylinder walls are scored bad, piston(s) bad etc. I'm, going to copy and blow them up, turn them around etc so that I can see them better. I'll get back and comment on them.

Not to jump the gun but i found a guy with a used 1981 power head locally are my parts interchangeable id like your opinion or what to do? he would sell it with everything but starter $200 will it bolt on to my base?I
Its just a thought

Sorry, I have no idea if that 1981 ?hp model would interchange or not. I never got into that area of the business.

I enlarged those photos, rotated them etc.... really a mess! The block requires reboring oversize, new oversize pistons etc etc.... in short, an expensive overhaul.
