can someone confirm how many bolts need to be taken off to release powerhead(look at my signature for model) clymer manual says 6 but have been told by 2 people its 8 ok so i have removed 6 where are the other 2
Renny, There are two in the front of the motor, not under the cowl that says 115HP. They are under the carbs, one on each side. You will need to swivel the motor all the way to one side and then the other to get at 'em.
