Just the block,crank,pistons, rods and usually, head(but not always). Normally you send them your old block and if they can use it, they will rebate some $ back to you(ie; if you have a hole in the block , it's trash)Everything else comes from your old motor. Check for detailed parts list from whoever you deal with.
Each remanufacturer is different. When you deal with them they should be able to tell you which parts do not come with the replacement. Some don't send any cooling related parts like t'ststs. There is a great deal of difference in price. You get what you pay for. If you are talking about an OMC motor there are only two that are under factory contract.<br /><br />Good luck!
