I'm hoping its not out of line here. As some of you remember my Mom was going to have surgery several months ago. My grandfather died right before she did so it was postponed. About a month ago she had the surgery. The put a meatl cage in her back due to degenerative disk diesese. She has been getting along great since then. She was able to walk and bend and everything, she wasn't able to do this before. Over last weekend she got a nasty stomach virus thats been going around. Things got worse and she had to be hospitilized. They couldn't figure out why none of the meds were working. After her 4th day in she finally got better and was released. Now the bad news. They did a BUNCH of tests while she was in. One was a MRI. It indicated possible multiple sclerosis or maybe even vascular diesese. My moms been through alot in life. Shes always been a trooper and stood tough. She has bore more than just almost anyone I know. The only tougher person I know of is her mother, which passed away about 7 years ago. My mom needs your prayers, can ya give me a hand? Thanks, Kenneth

My apologies for being late to open this thread.<br />But i have added and will forward her name on mine.<br />As you described your mom and grandmother, my mom was tough like that also. And when her suffering was at it's worse, I often heard her comparing her suffering to that of Jesus', and then, her own suffering "wasn't so bad".<br />Her example has helped me thru some very tough, painfull times as well.
