LOL well Kev the " Rick cave " already has gotten a new factory insulated door installed ( with an 18" riser kit ) included with the install. When open the door is only about 3-4" from the ceiling instead of the almost 2' it was before . I am thinking about doing a checkerboard VCT floor out there once we are back in the house . I will say I like the new door with it closed and the basement door open it stays nice and cfool in the garage even when it is in the mid 80's outside .

Nice to hear that everything is getting back to normal...sort of. It will be all better than new when you're done.

glad to hear things are moving along with the house rick... now hopefully there will be time left to get the boat done before tinstock. you do still plan on attending, right?
