Is it a good or bad thing to run premium gasoline in a 91 25hp Merc. Do you need different plugs to properly ignite the fuel?? Im a novice and any help would be appreciated.<br />Thanks
Todays hi test fuel actually burns hotter than regular. Your motor was designed to run on 87 octane. Make sure its fresh. <br /><br />Take the money you save on fuel and put it towards good oil.<br /><br />Good luck!
