This winter I'm sorry to tell that my intakemanifold broke between the seawater-house and the 'oil-area'. So the engine became filled up with water. :( Luckily it was on dry land, with no power, and the engine ran for only a minute before I became aware of the damage and stoppet it.

But after trying to get rid of all the dirt inside the engine using a smalt amount of white-spirit, and also diesel, the oilpressure will not rise when trying to run the engine on new oil!?? The pump seems to work because it fills up the oil-filter and so on, but when I tried a manual gauge(just in case), the pressure was under 1 bar, and just sometimes jumpet up to right over for a sec.. (Do not want to run the engine for a longer time, nor overspeed it too much..) I can also mention that there have been a bit frost some days after this, before really tring to start the engine, and maybe the oil-watermix has become very 'though', and maybe stuck?

Anyone that have a suggestion what to do?

I'm guessing the bottom inch or more in your crankcase is ice. Maybe the oil is just sitting on top of it. Are you sure only the manifolds cracked? Was the motor drained? Water could get in the crankcase from an internal manifold crack. But it could also get in there from a crack in the block or head(s).

It could be that the oil pressure releif is stuck or the sender is stuck

I do really hope that the problem only is the intake manifold. It was very worn around this area, and the hole had a diameter around 2cm. I found a very cheap second hand in good condition, and just have to try this first. But do really need my oilpressure... before I can run the engine over time, and change the oil a cople of times. I hopet I could fix this without lifiting out my engine, and open the bottom-tray.. but maybe not?
