Pressure regulator screw in VST

I am wondering if the fuel pressure regulator screw needs to be a special material since it is housed within the VST?
Or can I simply use stainless steel or something else store bought?

I would only use the factory screw if at all possible. If you use a different metal, you can always run the risk of corrosion causing it to seize.
