Well,<br />As stated by the Guys,<br /><br />It Doesn't Matter what unit of measure you'd care to use..........<br /><br />The Test is to see if the outdrive will hold Pressure,+ Vacuum,<br />Of a Known Valve, for a Length of Time..........<br /><br />It's not so much the Amount.....<br />But the Changes in it.......

I found a Mity Vac pump at a Pawn shop. Cresent wrench, Channel Locks, vaccum pump, $5.00 <br /><br />(God I love pawn shops)<br /><br />Jim
