Hi all,
I know I can rig something up, but wondering if you had any good ideas on a more elegant way to prevent water pooling on my bow cover (see pic).
The only place it happens is in front of the windshield. The center support pole is already pretty tight. I know that there are stands with black ?mushroom heads? that stay vertical via pressure from the canvas, but they?d then have to rest on the seat cushions (don?t want that). And I don?t want to add those wood planks that have to have inserts screwed into the hull.
My only thought would be to run a strap somehow to each corner that would prop up the cover. Any other ideas?
The boat is a Cobalt 200 and I've also attached a pic from the Cobalt site showing the bow area. As you can see, there's nothing much to tie off to in those corners.
Thanks, John
