eula30,You have a restriction upstream of the primer bulb.Pickup strainer in tank, defective bulb, defective anti syphon valve on tank fuel fitting,or fuel tank vent not open or restricted.
Thanks guys for the quick respond, I got to the tank and I have remove main fuel line and fitting but I was wondering if the fuel pump has something to do with this symptoms. Fuel pump was no good, I replace the fuel pump today also, is the fuel pump can cause this symptom also? Is there any way I can clean a built in the fuel tank? Or should I just replace the 12 gallon fuel tank? My fuel tank looks really old and rusty inside the tank. Boat is a 1986 I believed fuel tank is original.<br />Tanks
If the old tank is rusty it needs to be changed out.Not worth wasting time attempting to restore interior of rusted tank IMO.Fuel pump will not cause the symptom that you are experiencing.
