I have a 1996 4.3LX Gen +, eng serial is 0F821387. I noticed that after I did the impellar swap for a new one that my prop has an ever so slight rotation even in neutral. This may be normal... but I never looked at it before I did the change while it was running. I just want to make sure I didn't mis align something! I started it on the muffs to check the new thermostat I put in and when I checked the prop it was ever so slightly turning while it was in neutral. It spins fine in forward and reverse.... I just wasn't sure it was normal to spin in neutral.

Yes this is caused by the friction coefficient of the drive oil. Just as a fan will turn (when off) in a breeze. Probably won't be turning in the water but on the trailer it is normal.
