i have a 1973? Evinrude out-board. i have a problem when i launch the boat and try to give it any throttle in coughes ,slapters and goes no where .it will run fine at home in a tub or with ear muffs at idle and half throttle but as soon as i launch it this happens.it will not go away i have check all fuel mixtures and filters. Changed the plugs and now have found a small water leak in side of the block and have try to romve it to replace it but have 3 sezied bolts. how can i removed them?and looking for online manual.thank guys
