problem propeller? nissan ns5b

hi I'm hoon.
i just got a nissan ns5b intank motor. It works great, except when i went to the river today, it was windy with lots of waves and when i ran it at high speed the propeller stopped while the motor kept running at a very high rpm. I tried several times and the same problem kept happening.
But when i run it gently, there's no problem. is this common or is something wrong?
please help me. thanks

You have a spun prop hub. Get a new prop.
