some fuel comming out by one hole of my lower carburator and the spark plug is clean whit no burn gaz , and i have some brown stuff comming out of the prop(exaust)

had the same problem on my 1989 40 hp mag 4 cyl, had to over haul the lower carb. fixed the problem.

if i put some presure air by the gaz tube from the carb it could help to fix ????
