Ok, Here is the problem. My motor will start and runs fine at idle, and wide open, but when I come off the throttle to slow down or idle the motor dies. Then it's a pain to restart. Lots of pulling to get it going again. I can run wide open all across San Diego Bay with no problem till I slow down. Then it dies. I asked a local mechanic and he said it's the power pack. I think it's a carb issue. The bulb is a little soft but I smell a lot of fuel as I'm pull starting. Any suggestions?
