Obviously you didn't understand Ziggies reply. your best bet would be to take it to a prop shop, but to check it yourself, Take a magic marker or scratch a line in it with a scribe, Put the prop on the boat and make it slip Take the prop back off and see if the lines are still lined up, If they are, then the prop is not slipping on the hub. IF the lines aren't aligned any longer, the hub is not attached to the prop and is what's causing your slipping problem.
I used the same picture you posted, hopefully it will help.
The same thing could happen to your coupler, if the rubber failed on the coupler, you would smell burned rubber when it slips. IF the splines in the coupler went out, you wouldn't have low speed either, plus the engine would overheat because the impeller is in the outdrive.
