My reliable Honda 100 has developed an intermittent problem. It will occasionally not start and run unless the choke is pulled out.
The minute the choke is pushed in it dies.
Last time out we completely removed the metering adjustment from the carburator and put it back in to the approximate place it was and got the motor to start normally and it ran but would not run at low rpm. More adjustment of the metering screw and some minor tweaking of the idle adjustment allowed us to fish the whole day but by the end of the day it began to run roughly again at low rpm. I feel the carb needs work but have no idea where to get a kit or what I should do to go thru it. This is normally a very reliable motor.
Any help is appreciated
